Explain your anger than express it

Most of our issues in life is because we choose to express our anger and not explain it. When you express your anger you want the other person to feel your pain,feel how much your hurt,but what you miss in that communication is that they don’t understand what you have been through. They can’t really understand and accept potentially the mistake they have made. Therefore we should choose to explain our anger not to express it.
Think about how you can articulate in away that the other person will be able to listen,resonate and potentially be able to transform. When you express it to someone,you just express that pain and you want them to feel it. They just end up feeling judged,criticised and powerless and its hard to make a change in them.
